Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your system or component in its original internal and external packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to prevent transit damage.

  Affix RMA Label

  Clearly mark the provided RMA number on the outside of your shipping box and use a trackable shipping service to send the unit to our service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
