How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?

Each custom system is hand-assembled and undergoes rigorous 48-hour stress testing. Typically, builds are ready to ship within 10-15 business days, though 'Ready to Ship' systems depart within 24 hours.

What kind of warranty comes with a MAINGEAR system?

All MAINGEAR systems include a standard 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. We also offer extended warranty plans and lifetime US-based technical support for the original owner.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?

Absolutely. We encourage upgradability. Opening your case to add storage or memory does not void your warranty, provided that any damage caused during the installation process is not covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Affirm for qualified buyers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund on the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. A 15% restocking fee may apply to custom-built systems that are returned in non-defective condition.
